Jessica Anderson
Program Operations & Finance Manager
Jessica Anderson joined After-School All-Stars Las Vegas in 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience working with children, families, and educators. Her career in education began in Colorado, where she spent more than a decade with the Douglas County School District before relocating to Las Vegas and continuing her work in school administration and early childhood education.
Over the years, Jessica has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, from supporting students and families within the school system to leading early childhood education programs. Much of her career has centered around building strong relationships, supporting educators, and creating positive environments where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed. Those experiences have shaped her belief that the relationships children build with the adults around them can have a lasting impact on their lives.
Jessica was drawn to After-School All-Stars because its mission closely connects with what has always been important to her—giving children opportunities to learn, grow, discover their strengths, and have people in their lives who believe in them. She especially appreciates that ASAS gives students experiences and opportunities outside of the traditional classroom while providing a safe and supportive place for them to be themselves.
Originally from Colorado, Jessica now calls Las Vegas home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, attending concerts, spending time exploring the desert, and making the most of life in Las Vegas. She is happy to continue her journey in education and youth development as part of the After-School All-Stars family.
