Stephanie De Leon

Program Administrator


Stephanie has been with After-School All-Stars Las Vegas since July 2018 as the Program Administrator. She works closely with the program team in multiple facets to assist in creating successful after-school programs.

Prior to joining ASAS, Stephanie began her non-profit career at Goodwill of Southern Nevada assisting in the Volunteer Services Department, and was later promoted to the Mission Services Coordinator role where she worked hands on with students and young adults with disabilities who were seeking work experience to build their futures. She was lastly transitioned into the Human Resources department where she learned the intricacies of the non-profit business world. Having worked in different departments of a non-profit business, Stephanie understands the importance of each role and the necessity of working together in order to execute the group’s mission. She later joined Tesla in their mission to transition the world to sustainable energy as a Document Generation Specialist where she quickly became one of the top producing agents on her team, and assisted in implementing various procedures and a mentorship program within the department.

Stephanie was born in Los Angeles, CA, and moved to Las Vegas at a young age. Growing up in a low-income neighborhood and attending after-school programs herself gave her the first-hand experience in understanding how impactful organizations like ASAS are. This is what drew her to working with ASAS, and using her passion in helping others to give back to the Las Vegas community.
